RULES AND POLICIES

Check-in and Check-out

Guests agree to comply with the established check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in: from 14:00 until 23:59 (late arrivals must be coordinated with the hotel administration).
  • Check-out: by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Registration and Identification

Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID and complete all necessary registration forms.

Age Restrictions

Guests under 18 years of age may not check in without being accompanied by an adult.

Payment

Guests agree to pay the full accommodation fee:

  • Payment for the entire stay is required at check-in, unless a prepayment was made via online booking channels.
  • Payment for additional services must be made at the time of booking such services or upon their provision at the reception desk.

Safety Regulations

Guests must comply with all fire safety regulations, including the use of firefighting equipment, evacuation procedures, and related safety measures.

Order and Cleanliness

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and order in their rooms as well as in the hotel’s common areas.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Visitors and Extra Guests

Visitors are allowed in guest rooms only with prior approval from the hotel administration. Accommodation of additional guests is subject to extra charges.

Quiet Hours

Guests must respect the comfort of others by avoiding excessive noise, particularly in public areas and during nighttime hours.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.

Liability

The hotel shall not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, nor for injuries or accidents occurring on hotel premises.

Use of Hotel Property

Guests are expected to treat hotel property with care. Any damage caused must be compensated by the guest.

Compliance with Law

Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Georgia while on hotel premises and refrain from unlawful activities.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or concerns should be addressed directly and constructively with the hotel administration.

Data Processing and Communication

By staying at the hotel, guests consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy. Guests also agree to receive essential communication (including messages, emails, and calls related to reservations or important updates) through the contact details they provide.

Internet Usage

Guests agree to use the hotel’s internet service responsibly and in compliance with Georgian laws and regulations.

Right to Refuse Service

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service in cases of rule violations, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct.

Cancellation Policy

Guests agree to the cancellation terms and conditions confirmed at the time of booking, including applicable deadlines and penalties.

Reporting Issues

Guests are required to promptly notify the hotel administration of any problems or malfunctions in their room or within the hotel premises.

Use of Public Areas

Guests must use public areas respectfully, with consideration for other guests and hotel staff.

Group Bookings

Special conditions and rules may apply to group reservations (over 8 guests).

Children’s Policy

Guests traveling with children must ensure their safety and proper behavior at all times.

Third-party Services

Guests acknowledge that services provided by external partners or organizations are subject to their own terms, and the hotel is not liable for them.

Photography and Videography

Commercial photography or videography on hotel premises requires prior approval from the administration.

Consent to Event Media

Guests acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed during public events held on hotel premises.

Commercial Activity

Any commercial events or activities within the hotel require prior approval from the administration.

Non-Discrimination

Guests must refrain from any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other characteristics while on hotel premises.

Housekeeping

Guests agree to comply with the hotel’s housekeeping policies, including scheduled cleaning times and access for staff.
